RESERVATION POLICIES & CANCELLATIONS
Willow Pond Farm Bed & Breakfast is now closed for 2023 and will be taking reservations for the upcoming 2024 season in January.
Our B&B has a two-night minimum stay.
Please note that Willow Pond Farm is a non-smoking establishment.

Before you complete your booking, we ask you to please note our reservation policies :
Advance deposits of 50 % of the total cost of your stay plus % State tax are required at the time of booking in order to guarantee your reservation. We use the Square invoicing system and will send you an invoice for the deposit which can be paid by credit card. The balance due for your stay will be invoiced once you arrive at our B&B.
For cancellations prior to 15 days of your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded, less a 10% processing fee.
If you cancel within 15 days before your arrival date, you will forfeit your full deposit.
If you cancel your reservation on the confirmed check-in date, or shorten your stay once you have arrived at our B & B, you will be responsible for the entire cost of all the nights reserved.
All cancellations must be received by email in order to be processed.
We ask you to please have understanding for the fact that we are a small business, and cancellations have a large impact on us, as well as taking the opportunity away from other interested guests to stay at Willow Pond Farm.
