RESERVATION POLICIES & CANCELLATIONS
We look forward to welcoming you at Willow Pond Farm B & B!
We are very pleased that we are now equipped with air-cooling!
Before you complete your booking, we ask you to please note our reservation policy :
Advance deposits of 50 % of the total cost of your stay are required at the time of booking in order to guarantee your reservation. Deposits will be charged to the credit card which you provide.
For cancellations prior to 15 days of your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded, less a 10% processing fee.
If you cancel within 15 days before your arrival date, you will forfeit your full deposit.
If you cancel your reservation on the confirmed check-in date, or shorten your stay once you have arrived at our B & B, you will be responsible for the entire cost of all the nights reserved.
All cancellations must be received by email in order to be processed.
We ask you to please have understanding for the fact that we are a small business, and cancellations have a large impact on us, as well as taking the opportunity away from other interested guests to stay at Willow Pond Farm.
