 RESERVATION POLICIES & CANCELLATIONS

We look forward to welcoming you at Willow Pond Farm B & B!

Before you complete your booking, we ask you to please note our reservation policies :

Advance deposits of 50 % of  the total cost of your stay or two nights for a three-night booking  plus 10 % State Lodging tax are required at the time of booking in order to guarantee your reservation. We use the Square invoicing system and will send you an invoice for the deposit which can be paid by credit card. The balance due for your stay

will be invoiced approximately one week before your arrival at Willow Pond.

For cancellations prior to 15 days of your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded, less a 10% processing fee.

 

If you cancel within 15 days before your arrival date, you will forfeit your full deposit.

If you cancel your reservation on the confirmed check-in date, or shorten your stay once you have arrived at our B & B, you will be responsible for the entire cost of all the nights reserved.

All cancellations must be received by email or phone in order to be processed. 

We ask you to please have understanding for the fact that we are a small business, and cancellations have a large impact on us, as well as taking the opportunity away from other interested guests to stay at Willow Pond Farm.

Willow Pond Farm Bed & Breakfast has a two-night minimum stay

Please note that our B&B is a non-smoking establishment.
