COVID-19 TRAVEL PRECAUTIONS,

 RESERVATION POLICIES & CANCELLATIONS

Willow Pond Farm Bed & Breakfast is now taking reservations for the Summer and Fall 2022 Foliage season. Our B & B closes for the season on October 31, 2022. (We occasionally take reservations into early November.) 
Before planning your trip and making a reservation with us, we ask you to please be prepared to provide proof of full vaccination upon arrival. 

To ensure the well-being of our guests and ourselves, Willow Pond Farm is only accepting bookings in our upstairs  Rooms 1 and 2. You can enjoy being the only occupants on our upstairs floor, while your hosts are in a separate area on the ground floor.

Before you complete your booking, we ask you to please note our reservation policy :

Advance deposits of 50 % of  the total cost of your stay are required at the time of booking in order to guarantee your reservation.    

For cancellations prior to 15 days of your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded, less a 10% processing fee.

 

If you cancel within 15 days before your arrival date, you will forfeit your full deposit.

If you cancel your reservation on the confirmed check-in date, or shorten your stay once you have arrived at our B & B, you will be responsible for the entire cost of all the nights reserved. 

All cancellations must be received by email in order to be processed. 

We ask you to please have understanding for the fact that we are a small business, and cancellations have a large impact on us, as well as taking the opportunity away from other interested guests to stay at Willow Pond Farm.
