Room 2 upstairs has a queen-size bed and its own private bathroom with bath and shower right across the hall. Enjoy Adirondack and garden views in the comfort of our a/c in summer, as well as spectacular views of our private pond from your sitting alcove. The rate is $225 per night for double occupancy, plus  10% state tax. Rate  includes our fancy continental breakfast. WiFi.
