Room 1  upstairs features a king-size bed and its own private bathroom with shower right outside your door. Enjoy our spectacular garden views in two directions, as well as of our private pond from your sitting alcove. Room 1 has an antique drop-leaf writing desk and loveseat. The room rate is $250 per night for double occupancy, plus 10% state tax, and includes our fancy continental breakfast.  All our rooms have a/c, WiFi. Please note our cancellation policy under the tab "Reservation Policies."  2-night minimum stay preferred. Increased rates for holiday and special event weekends, as well as foliage season.
